Ed and Bibiana Thurston

After 35 years of running away from God, faith, and religion… God used a variety of experiences, the Bible, and Christian people to bring Ed back into faith and fellowship with the God of his youth. Now at an age when most people look to retire and kickback, Ed is obeying the call on his life to share his six decades of experiences along with a clear understanding of God’s word to challenge believers and non-believers alike to repentance or renewal of faith in the one and only God through faith in Jesus Christ who lived among us, died for our sins, ascended into heaven until that promised day when he will return and be reunited with his followers for eternity.

With decades of musical training and professional touring as a keyboardist, singer, song writer, and producer… Ed Thurston has re-dedicated himself to spiritual outreach for the rest of his days through music, speaking, book and blog writing, an upcoming podcast program, and new media production of spiritual insights into the challenges of living faith in this modern age. In coordination with his in-person ministry, Ed and his wife, Bibiana, have formed “Help My Unbelief Ministries” in pursuit of publishing and producing new Christian music featuring his title song “Help My Unbelief”, writing his book around the same title, and using his 25+year technology career to reach believers and non-believers alike through new media production and marketing.

Our Story

Ed & Bibiana Thurston

After spending more than 35 years running from God, Ed Thurston experienced a life-changing return to faith through the truth of Scripture, the influence of faithful Christians, and God’s persistent grace. Today, rather than slowing down, he is dedicated to helping others discover—or rediscover—a genuine relationship with Jesus Christ.

Drawing from over six decades of life experience and a professional background in music, technology, and media, Ed now serves through writing, speaking, music, blogging, podcasting, and digital ministry. His passion is to encourage both believers and seekers to move beyond religion into a living, biblical faith centered on Christ.

Bibiana shares that same passion for serving God’s people. For many years she ministered through a Christian pro-life organization, walking alongside single mothers and fathers with compassion, encouragement, and practical support. She has also faithfully served as a deaconess in her church, helping foster discipleship, service, and authentic Christian community.

Together, Ed and Bibiana founded Help My Unbelief Ministries to proclaim the gospel through books, music, media, teaching, and online outreach. Their mission is to help people grow in faith, strengthen biblical community, and share the hope of Jesus Christ with a world searching for truth.
